Archibus

Overview

Archibus is an enterprise asset management and IWMS product, now part of Eptura, aimed at facility leaders and teams managing large multi-location portfolios. It is widely used by enterprises, government agencies, higher education, healthcare and manufacturing organisations.

It centralises asset tracking across locations with real-time data, schedules preventive and corrective maintenance, and automates compliance documentation and audit trails. It includes a maintenance console with work orders and checklists, advanced reporting and analytics dashboards, an Autodesk-powered BIM viewer, and mobile access via the Archibus OnSite app.

How Archibus works with our labels

Archibus is an enterprise asset register tracking each asset and its maintenance history. Durable physical asset IDs from Online Asset Labels give every tracked asset a permanent, scannable plate that ties the physical item to its Archibus record for audits, maintenance rounds and stocktakes. Anodised-aluminium or laminated-polypropylene labels with sequential numbering, barcodes or QR codes survive the long asset lifecycles these enterprise and government portfolios manage.
