BarCloud (by ASAP Systems) is a cloud-based platform that unifies inventory management and asset tracking rather than treating them separately. It targets both large enterprises and smaller organisations across education, healthcare, military, government, energy, IT, fire/EMS, banking and restoration, including multi-site operations.
Capabilities include barcode/QR scanning and physical inventory counts, asset check-out/check-in and maintenance scheduling, inventory requisition workflows with approvals, multi-location mapping, kitting/kit assembly, role-based access controls, configurable dashboards and reports, plus AI-driven natural-language queries and predictive analytics, with dedicated mobile apps.
BarCloud is a barcode/QR-based inventory and asset system, so you can generate or import asset IDs and apply Online Asset Labels' durable QR or barcode tags to each item or location. The rugged anodised-aluminium and laminated-polypropylene labels survive the outdoor and industrial conditions common to BarCloud's military, energy and field-service users. Scanning a label updates the asset's BarCloud record for check-in/out, counts, requisitions or maintenance, keeping physical assets tied to their data.
