Extag

Overview

Extag is a custom asset management platform built to track and manage the supporting equipment and minor assets that asset-intensive organisations typically exclude from their ERP or core maintenance systems. It targets sectors such as oil & gas, mining, power generation and defence where compliance, certification and preservation of equipment matter.

Its capabilities span asset tracking and visibility, compliance and certification management, maintenance scheduling, automated work instructions and task scheduling, digital inspection forms, safety and quality workflows, GPS tracking and preservation monitoring, equipment registers and custom reporting. Tagging and scanning of assets are core operational components.

How Extag works with our labels

Extag is built around tagging and scanning assets, making it a natural fit for durable Online Asset Labels barcode or QR tags: generate or import each asset's ID into Extag, label the equipment, and scan to view its compliance status, certifications and maintenance tasks. Anodised aluminium plates and laminated polypropylene labels withstand the corrosive, high-temperature and offshore conditions common in oil & gas, mining and power generation. Sequential numbering keeps every preservation-monitored or certified asset reliably matched to its Extag record.
