Gear Hawk

Overview

Gear Hawk is an Australian asset-tracking app built for tradies and small crews. Scan a tag on a tool or piece of equipment and you instantly see what it is, where it is, who currently has it and what it's worth — replacing spreadsheets and guesswork with a quick scan. It also helps track expenses and simplify tax time.

It's starting with tradies, but the architecture is built to scale to bigger operations — fleet, plant hire, commercial construction, or anyone tracking physical assets. Each asset carries a custom QR code that, when scanned, takes the user straight to that asset inside the app.

How Gear Hawk works with our labels

Gear Hawk uses a custom QR code that takes you straight to the asset inside the app when scanned. Online Asset Labels can print those QR codes onto durable anodised aluminium or laminated polypropylene tags built to survive tools, trucks and job sites — so the tag you attach lasts as long as the asset and keeps scanning reliably long after a paper sticker would wear out.
