Overview

GoCodes is a cloud-based asset tracking platform aimed at mid-sized teams in construction, electrical/HVAC contracting, facilities management, manufacturing, education and fleet operations. It pairs QR-code asset labels with a mobile-friendly web app so field staff can scan, locate and update assets in real time.

Core capabilities include QR-code labelling with multiple material options, mobile scanning without a dedicated app, a real-time dashboard for asset location and custody, check-in/check-out with audit trails, preventive maintenance scheduling, custom reports (utilisation, depreciation, location history), multi-location support and offline scanning. It also integrates optional GPS trackers, RFID/NFC tags and Bluetooth beacons.

How GoCodes works with our labels

GoCodes is built around QR-code asset tags, so Online Asset Labels' durable anodised-aluminium and laminated-polypropylene QR labels are a natural fit for assets exposed to outdoor or industrial conditions. You can apply rugged custom labels carrying the asset's QR code or sequential ID, then scan them with the GoCodes mobile app to check assets in and out and update their records. Tougher physical media helps the tags survive longer in the field than standard adhesive labels.
