Latner Software is an equipment rental management platform that runs the full rental operation, from sales and quoting through to contracts, transport, maintenance and billing. Modules include sales/CRM with rental quotes and activity tracking, rental operations covering contract lifecycle, reservations and transport coordination, a workshop module for service schedules, inspections, work orders and checklists, and accounting with cycle billing, invoicing and purchase orders. A mobile app supports field staff including scanning QR codes for equipment returns, and it integrates with Xero, MYOB and Sage Intacct.
