Need labels for Latner?

Our labels work with Latner.

Overview

Latner Software is an equipment rental management platform that runs the full rental operation, from sales and quoting through to contracts, transport, maintenance and billing. It is aimed at equipment rental businesses of all sizes that need one system spanning the customer relationship, the rental fleet and the back office.

Modules include sales/CRM with rental quotes and activity tracking, rental operations covering contract lifecycle, reservations and transport coordination, a workshop module for service schedules, inspections, work orders and checklists, and accounting with cycle billing, invoicing and purchase orders. A mobile app supports field staff including scanning QR codes for equipment returns, and it integrates with Xero, MYOB and Sage Intacct.

How Latner works with our labels

Latner's mobile app already scans QR codes for equipment returns, so durable Online Asset Labels QR tags can identify each rental unit through its full lifecycle: assign or import the asset ID in Latner, label the equipment, and scan it in and out of the yard against its rental contract and service schedule. Anodised aluminium and laminated polypropylene labels withstand the knocks, weather and washdowns that hire equipment endures between rentals. Sequential numbering keeps every unit reliably matched to its Latner record and workshop history.
