Need labels for MaintainX?

Our labels work with MaintainX.

Overview

MaintainX is a mobile-first computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) built for maintenance teams, operations managers and reliability engineers. It targets a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, government, facility management, agriculture, oil and gas, mining, property management, fleet and hospitality.

Core capabilities include work order creation, assignment and tracking, preventive and predictive maintenance scheduling, asset and equipment health monitoring, parts inventory management with automated reordering, digital checklists and compliance inspections, and QR and barcode scanning for assets and parts. It also offers AI-powered troubleshooting, IoT integration and multi-site resource and vendor management.

How MaintainX works with our labels

MaintainX automatically generates QR codes and barcodes for every asset, so you can apply Online Asset Labels' durable anodised aluminium or laminated polypropylene QR/barcode tags to your equipment and scan them with the MaintainX mobile app to pull up the asset record, log work orders or run inspections. Export the asset IDs MaintainX generates and have them printed as sequentially numbered, weatherproof labels for outdoor and industrial assets. The hard-wearing finish keeps codes scannable where standard printed stickers fade or peel.

Strengths

  • Free Basic tier and transparent published per-user pricing
  • Built-in QR and barcode scanning that auto-generates codes for all assets
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance scheduling
  • Parts inventory management with automated reordering
  • AI-powered troubleshooting and natural-language reporting
  • Multi-site resource planning, vendor management and IoT integration

Weaknesses

  • Generalist CMMS rather than a purpose-built asset-labelling tool
  • QR/barcode scanning and most advanced features require a paid tier
  • US-based vendor, so support is not locally Australian
