Overview

Mendrhub is a combined asset management and field service management platform originally developed by people from the beverage and hospitality industries. It is aimed at multi-site hospitality businesses, manufacturers, distributors, warranters and service providers who need to manage assets in the field alongside the technicians and contractors who service them.

Capabilities include asset lifecycle tracking with service history and cost analysis, automated job allocation and maintenance scheduling, multi-warehouse management with movement tracking, contract and supplier management, a billing module for vendor invoicing, and PowerBI dashboards. It offers webhooks and an API for integration with other systems.

How Mendrhub works with our labels

Mendrhub tracks each asset's lifecycle, service history and costs, so a durable Online Asset Labels plate gives every serviced asset a permanent physical identifier that ties it back to its Mendrhub record. Anodised aluminium or laminated polypropylene tags with sequential numbering or a unique asset ID let field technicians match the equipment in front of them to the right work history and maintenance schedule. Built for outdoor and industrial use, the labels survive the harsh environments where Mendrhub-managed equipment typically operates.
