Overview

Onsite is a building management platform aimed at building managers, owners committees, strata managers, developers and facilities management teams. It is built for residential and commercial buildings and operates across Australia and New Zealand.

It provides case/ticketing for repairs and maintenance, work-order generation and tracking, contractor management with compliance tracking, an asset register and document storage, resident communications via email/SMS, amenity bookings, visitor parking and package tracking, plus resident and building-manager mobile apps. A QR Code Sign In feature lets contractors record attendance against cases and maintenance requests.

How Onsite works with our labels

Onsite already uses QR codes for contractor sign-in and tracks maintenance cases against assets. Durable QR labels from Online Asset Labels can be fixed to building plant, common-property equipment and amenities so contractors and managers scan straight into the relevant case or asset record. Laminated-polypropylene or anodised-aluminium tags hold up in plant rooms, car parks and outdoor common areas where paper labels would fail.
