Reftab

Overview

Reftab is a cloud-based asset management platform that has helped IT teams, facilities managers and operations staff move off spreadsheets since 2013. It tracks hardware, software licences, equipment and IT spend in one place, with custom categories, fields and automated alerts.

Beyond basic inventory, Reftab handles software licence costs and expiry alerts, employee onboarding and offboarding (assigning and reclaiming assets), maintenance and work orders, and detailed reporting and audits. Native iOS and Android apps keep everything in sync out in the field.

How Reftab works with our labels

Reftab can directly scan our durable printed asset labels. Alternatively Reftab can handle custom URLs inside it's app display different information to logged in and public users.
