Overview

ServiceM8 is a job management platform aimed at small trade and service contractors such as electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, cleaners, locksmiths and pest controllers. It manages the whole job lifecycle from first client contact through scheduling, on-site quoting, invoicing and payment.

Key capabilities include staff scheduling, on-site quotes and invoices, digital signature capture, photo/video/note recording against jobs, PDF form completion, card payments (including Tap to Pay on iPhone), and integrations with Xero, QuickBooks Online and MYOB.

How ServiceM8 works with our labels

ServiceM8 is built around jobs rather than an asset register, so Online Asset Labels' durable plates work best as a persistent physical identifier on the equipment a job relates to. Fix an anodised aluminium or laminated polypropylene tag carrying a sequential ID or QR code to each asset, and reference that ID in the job's notes, photos and forms so every service visit is tied back to a clearly marked, weatherproof asset that survives outdoor and industrial conditions.
