Need labels for SysAid?

Our labels work with SysAid.

Overview

SysAid is a cloud-based ITSM platform aimed at IT service desks and IT teams across enterprises, MSPs and sectors such as healthcare, education and manufacturing. It centres on automating ticketing and support, with its SysAid Copilot AI assistant designed to resolve a large share of incidents before they become tickets.

Core capabilities include incident, request, change and problem management, knowledge management, a service catalog, IT asset management with a CMDB, an Advanced License Manager, a workflow designer, reporting and analytics, remote support, and 1000+ integrations. Its asset module offers AI-powered network discovery, real-time asset monitoring, license compliance tracking and patch management.

How SysAid works with our labels

SysAid's asset management and CMDB identify each hardware item by an asset record, so a durable physical ID is the bridge between the device on the floor and its entry in SysAid. Online Asset Labels can supply anodised aluminium or laminated polypropylene tags carrying the SysAid asset tag or a sequential ID, fixed permanently to equipment for outdoor and industrial conditions. This gives technicians a reliable, weatherproof reference number to match assets to their SysAid records during audits and support visits.

Strengths

  • AI-driven automation via SysAid Copilot to deflect and auto-resolve tickets
  • Full ITSM suite: incident, request, change, problem and knowledge management
  • IT asset management with CMDB and automated network discovery
  • Advanced License Manager for compliance and renewal tracking
  • 1000+ integrations plus integrated remote support and patch management
  • Mobile app for field support

Weaknesses

  • Overseas-based vendor (Israel HQ), so support is not Australia-based
  • Quote-only pricing with no published figures
  • ITSM-focused platform rather than a purpose-built physical asset-tracking tool
