UpKeep is a mobile-first maintenance platform (CMMS) that brings work orders, preventive maintenance, safety and asset data into one system. It is aimed at maintenance and reliability teams across manufacturing, facilities, food service, fleet and energy, helping them move from reactive, paper-based work to scheduled, data-driven maintenance.
Technicians work from native iOS and Android apps with an offline mode, while managers get unlimited work orders and locations, preventive maintenance automation, parts and inventory management with costing, digital inspections and asset lifecycle tracking. Barcode and QR-code scanning is available from the Premium tier upward.
UpKeep's Premium plans support barcode and QR-code scanning, so a printed label on each asset lets technicians pull up its work-order history, run inspections and log maintenance from their phone. We'll produce rugged labels — suited to workshops, plant and outdoor equipment — encoded to match the asset IDs or QR codes UpKeep generates.
